With less than 10 games left in the lady raider season, the Raiders plan on going out with a bang and ending the season with a 13-8 record.
The ladies took on Adams City last night, with a blowout game and a score of 43-17. The lady Raiders went into the game with a lot of confidence knowing they would blowout the Eagles.
Sophomore guard Makaylee Jones helped the lady Raiders big time against Adams City Tuesday night, leading all scorers with 15 points.
“I couldn’t have done it without my teammates help,” said Jones. “We played like a team and got the job done.”
Heading into tomorrow’s game against a decent Thornton team that averages 20 points a game, the lady Raiders expect a great win at Thornton to boost their league record to 3-0.
