During this year’s fall break, seniors Yucheng Zhang, Jakob Lutz, and I decided to venture out on a road trip. 

It was pretty last minute, we didn’t have a strict goal in mind of where we wanted to go, what to eat, or how to even pitch a tent. But as a group we decided that driving five hours down to New Mexico would be the best bet. I’m pretty sure no one was prepared at all.

All we had were three determined minds, a Honda CRV, and a whole lot of excitement. 

It was a worthwhile trip. Spending three days in unfamiliar territory with some of the best people in the world proved to be a trip I’ll never forget.
