It’s that time of the year, playoffs for your Lady Raiders! Yesterday at 6, your 32nd seed Lady Raiders took the drive to Highlands Ranch to take on Mountain Vista the number 1 seed in the bracket and fell short to The Golden Eagles 4-0.

“Yesterday’s game was tough; we went out and played our hearts out,” says Sophomore Tay Ohu. “We left everything on the field, and I love the team no matter what. “

Last year the Lady Raiders went into the first round of the playoffs as the 16th seed and lost to a 17th seed Doherty, 2-3 loss, but the Lady Raiders hope to go into today’s playoff game with high hopes and plan on playing today’s game with every ounce of blood sweat and tears.

“There’s no other team I’d rather share this experience with than ours, even after the loss we still plan on coming back stronger next year,” says junior Jackie McBride.
