Homecoming Week 2k21: A Raider Disney Production.
Wednesday’s homecoming week nighttime event was the talent show from 6-8 pm. Auditions occurred last week, where performers were encouraged to incorporate the homecoming theme of Disney into their acts. There were many singers and one dance performance. The now third-time winner is senior Nicole Parada, who will be performing at the Friday pep rally. In third place was senior Joseph Horra and in second place senior Eliazah Imari.
Parada said, “Every single time I perform it’s because I love to sing and I love the stage. I’m grateful for the opportunity to showcase what I can do.” She hopes to get into Juilliard and be on Broadway one day.
She has felt a connection and passion for music since the age of two, and that love came from her mom who also was a performer.
“I thought it was a wonderful show. We have many talented people at Rangeview and last night the audience got a taste of all that talent. Everyone did amazing,” Parada added.
