Coming off a statement win versus rival Gateway, the Rangeview Boys Soccer team improved to 4-3 with a dominant 4-2 win over Northglenn, a tough league opponent. The Raiders fell behind within the first minute of the game but tied the game back up by halftime with a goal from Junior Luis Sostenes.
Coming out of the half, the Raiders immediately took the lead with goals from Junior Michael Johnson and Jr Juan Abundis, but Senior Marcos Wolde received a red card soon after. Playing shorthanded didn’t slow the Raiders, as Senior Jesus Morales, the hero from last game, scored on a Penalty kick.
The Raiders will look to stay undefeated in league when they play Adams City on Tuesday.
