Lights flashing, crowd cheering, ball pounding. The crowd erupted in roars as the ball sinks in the hoop. Swish.
The Rangeview boy’s basketball team took on the Grandview Wolves this past Saturday at the Denver Coloseium. Faced with the pressure of taking on a team that has won the State Championship two years in a row, the Raiders didn’t let the pressure get to them. Holding off the wolves 49-39, the Raiders are able to continue to the next round in the playoffs – The Final Four. “It’s good to see that the team is getting their wheels back. I’m ready to see more games,” Senior Robby Morris commented.
