Are people just not showing up for their work shifts? Are people not scheduled for that certain period? Julian Cuascut, a delegate in the leadership class says, “Most people don’t show up to their shifts, but they made a rule that you can’t just sit in there with friends, so sometimes I don’t show up to my shifts because I don’t like to be without my friends.”
