On October 28, 2019 through November 4, I attended a program called Aurora Sister Cities. Sister Cities has an amazing partnership with Seongnam City that hosted a bi-annual youth conference to provide a platform for youth around the world to collaborate with other Korean students to consider and respond to relevant Global Issues. All the students that went had an eye opening experience interacting with other foreign students, learning different cultures, meeting new people and exploring Korea. 

Hannah Berhane said, “ It was such an amazing experience going across the world and interacting with other foreign students. I am still in touch with most of the Korean students and we call here and there. It was a memorable experience I wouldn’t take it for granted, I hope to visit South Korea again.”
