Get ready for Rangeview theater’s upcoming play, ‘Much Ado About Nothing’.
This play is about two brothers, Don John and Don Pedro, being at war until finally both brothers reunite. Don John wants to take revenge against the victorious Don Pedro who has successfully won the small war in there so called brotherly love.
The play follows two brothers through a journey of lust, love, and revenge.

“This play is so special because it’s a Shakespeare play,” says senior cast mate Jamien Walker. “The greatest challenge for this play was creating the set.”
‘Much Ado about Nothing’ will be the first Shakespeare play Rangeview theater has ever performed.
Senior cast member, T’keya Harris, claims that what makes this play special compared to other plays is what it teaches the audience.
“I believe it will teach people that simply, you can’t judge a book by its cover,” says Harris. “We have been preparing since the beginning of March so two months. It took a lot of time and patience since it is shakespeare and the language isn’t familiar. “
Many students are preparing for the last play of the year and are waiting on the edge of their seats.
“I’m excited because it’s my last play of my high school career,” says senior Corinne Willer. “I’m mostly excited to see my friends in the play”
The play will be Thursday April 26 through Saturday April 28 at 7:00 pm. Tickets are $6 with an activity card and $7 without for students and $8 for adults.
