Girls Basketball:
The lady Raiders ended their regular season ranking 10th in their conference and number one in the EMAC. The first round of the playoffs, the lady Raiders had a bye week, allowing them to advance to the second round on February 22nd, where they played Prairie View High School and ended with a 64-39 win. The ladies played Cherry Creek High School in the Sweet Sixteen where they lost 70-14, ending the season. The girls ended the season with a 9-1 league record and a 20-5 overall record.
Boys Basketball:
Coming into the playoffs, the boys basketball team had a bye week for the first round, thus allowing them to advance to the second round of the playoffs where they took a 70-34 win over Windsor High School at home. From there, the boys advanced to Sweet Sixteen where they took a 72-54 win over Fountain-Fort Carson at home. Saturday, March 2nd, the boys played in the Great Eight at the Denver Coliseum against Grandview. They won 49-39. This Friday, the boys will advance to the Final Four where they will play Mountain Vista at 7pm at the Denver Coliseum.
