Lady Raiders Fall in Return from Break

The Lady Raiders first game back from winter break  against Cherokee Trail High School wasn’t what they were hoping for, but a four game week coming up could right the ship.

The Raiders stumbled 57-33 against the #2 team in the state’s RPI falling to 6-3 on the year.

Rangeview struggled on the glass against CT and couldn’t stop CT wing Damara Allen, who led the Cougars with 25 points.

“ I think we played hard but could have all given more but if we didn’t get frustrated within the game I think that we could have won,” said forward Maddie Kilmer. “For the next game hopefully we can work together as a team instead as individuals.”

The Raiders are back it Monday against Cherry Creek, followed by three more contests, including a rivalry contest with Vista Peak visiting Friday night.
