As the NFL regular season has come to a close, the coaching carousel has raised a bunch of eyebrows with the recent names of coaches who have either been fired or have decided to step down from their current team. The biggest factor that is leading to coaches being without jobs is a lackluster performance by their team throughout the season or in the playoffs, and when the team president and the owner in the team see that, they say it’s time for a change within the team. Nowadays, we see the NFL is about young QBs and the coach, and what that means is depending on which coach you have your rookie year, have will determine how your career might pan out.
