Unified sports team successfully kicks off the year

Rangeview has only had Unified Sports here for a year including basketball and soccer; however, that’s not stopping them from adding flag football into the mix, and from the looks of it they are very talented already.
Kaly Warner, the Unified Sports team coach, said it was time to have a unified football team, “The Cherry Creek school district had it and we felt it was time for Aurora Public Schools to have it as well.”

Briefly talking to Kaly Warner, she has nothing but positive things to say, “We are going to do well because we have more people volunteering, and we did good already last year”.
Everyone involved is excited; however, one player, Junior Dallas Pannell, thinks our unified team can improve, “We need to work on our offense and get into the feel of things.”
With their game today they’ve got a lot of practice under their belts and should be fully ready to take on Mead High School. Mead has an advantage being more experienced by having Unified Sports there longer than Rangeview has.
This should be an exciting game, Mead and Rangeview clash for the first time. Quarterback Jaali Guyton
had only one thing to say, “It’s going to be lit.”
With the game at home, they will have full support from the Rangeview Raiders everywhere, including the Junior Varsity and Varsity football team there cheering them on.
End of Season Update:
Mead was a challenge, but the Rangeview Raiders pulled it out. They went on to go undefeated, beating teams like Mead 54 to 36, Brighton 44 to 12, and lastly Fort Collins 33 to 24 in order to win the championship.
